Staffing a huge Duke of Edinburgh squad out on expedition is not easy but when you employ additional staff you want to know they are hugely reliable, extremely well qualified and experience enough to cope with the unexpected. Jon and Caroline are all of the above. Correspondence is always exceptionally efficient before the expedition and during the expedition they never fail to be in the right place at the right time with the right spare kit to hand and the answers to all the challenges that naturally occur out on expedition. Personally I would not go on expedition without them...
