I first worked with Caroline and Jon when I was a Head in my previous school. I had no hesitation in contacting them to work with us when I became Principal at Freebrough Academy. Jon and Caroline's work is charactised by their ultimate professionalism and their commitment to making a difference to the lives and achievements of young people. They are as committed to supporting young people at Freebrough as we are. A significant feature of the work they have done is the way they have developed positive relationships with students and through that secured their achievement at the highest level through the Wider Key Skills Programme. As a result of the work they have done we have been able to re-engage a large number of students who have previously disengaged from school and traditionally had poor relationships with adults. I can't recommend them highly enough to organisations who want to support individuals and small groups of students to achieve and to schools looking to change a "Cant do" culture to a "Can do" culture.
